Hi there! This is Mandy. I have been teaching Vietnamese for 6 years in Japan and 2 years in Canada. Most of my students are businessmen who have plan to settle down in Vietnam and young kids from Vietnamese families. I teach Vietnamese properly with textbooks and focus on improving all 4 skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking for students. I also include manners and cultures in my classes.
Master of Business Administration.
I had more than 10 years of experience in:
- Teaching languages (Japanese, Vietnamese, English) in person and in group (including full-time teaching experience at Junior High School in Japan)
- Translating and Interpreting Jobs: English - Japanese, Vietnamese - Japanese for Japan's External Trade Organization
I am not only teaching the language. To me, language is a part of culture and I want to show my students the beauty of languages via cultural explanation. You take my class? You will learn about cultures and languages at the same time, at the same rate!
Currently I am available on Tuesday, Saturday, Friday and Sunday for in-person sessions.
For online sessions, 6 days in the week except Thursday are available for you to choose. Anytime from 8am to 8pm (Pacific Time).
