Hi there! I am a writer, artist and photographer! I’m working my way to becoming an educator, and am most interested in critical analysis of normative systems, for more creative solutions. I have a year of volunteer experience in teaching ESL to a group of adult learners.
Associates of Arts and Sciences graduate from Capilano University, and pursuing an undergrad in Sociology.
Related to this field, I do have some experience in teaching and tutoring, but mainly in editing essays. Majority of my job experience is in working with children.
I lesson plan around the individual's particular interests, strengths and perceived "weaknesses". I find that being creative, and prioritizing confidence in the individual's growth is most rewarding for both student and teacher!
I generally prefer an unfixed schedule to allow for balance in my lifestyle.
I'm open to in-person tutoring if the travel permits, and if there is no "high-risk". Absolutely available for remote/online tutoring.
