Lived in Italy for 11 yrs, my parents and relatives are all from Italy. Spoke Italian growing up,then moved to Italy. Did 220 hrs of formal Italian in a school; I am 100% fluent. Taught English to Italians and taught Italian to foreigners in Milan, and Rome. English conversation, was 80% of the courses.
Canada: worked in financial services; started Advocacy groups, to defend seniors rights; did a paralegal course; My company offers ASL (American Sign Language) courses as well.
I would make sure people have a basic knowledge of the most interactive skills needed. How to get around; ask questions; proper pronunciation.
Every morning 9-1pm, and evenings 6-9 pm. All day Sat days and Sunday days.
