Bounjour, I am a Mexican-american who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a basic understanding of three main Latin-based languages; Italian, Portuguese, and French. My basic knowledge of French is a little more advanced since I took two years of French in high school and two years in college. I still continue to practice and improve my French skills in hopes that I can become fluent in a third language as well.

Teaching Approach
I believe that in order to learn a new language, a person must be fully immersed in the culture. This can be made possible by familiarizing the pupil/s with the history and culture of the idiom in practice. I also have an alternative approach to beginners French or Spanish; if the student is already fluent in a Latin-based language, the learning process can possibly be accelerated if the student attempts to learn from their fluent Latin-based language perspective. I.e; Spanish-French or French-Spanish as opposed to English-French or English-Spanish.
