Hello ! I'm a French and Romanian student and I'm here in Canada thanks to an exchange program between UBC and my home university back in Paris, France. I'm a native speaker of these two beautiful languages and I've studied in elementary, middle and high school in the French educational system while living in Romania. I've started tutoring in French with kids last year, covering speaking, reading, writing and grammar. All levels and ages are accepted, I would also be glad to help with homework if needed. I offer to pratice speaking and writing with Romanian children that would find difficult to master the language far away from the country.
I've got a French Baccalaureate and I'm actually pursuing the third year of a Bachelor of Arts in Paris, France.
I've been working with kids for some years now (mostly baby-sitting) and I've done tutoring with children of 12-13 years old starting with January 2021.
The lessons are adjusted to the interests and the objectives of each student. The first class will be a little shorter and at only 50% of the initial cost so we call chat and get to know each other.
Mondays and Wednesdays starting with 2pm Tuesdays and Thursdays before 12pm All day-long on Saturdays and Sundays
Online via Skype or Zoom as well as in-person meetings in a local library or in a range of 8 km away from my adress.
