Spanish native speaker. born and raised in the Dominican Republic. I'm an experienced teacher of English as Foreign Language.( (EFL).
I could only do high school, but I have done different courses regarding (EFL). and I have also participated in conferences as long as English teaching is concerned.
I worked as a translator at Rosario Dominicana ( the gold mine), I have worked at different schools, teaching English as a foreign Language. interpreter for Waked International ( Las Americas International airport, Dominican Republic. and the last school I worked for, was El Dominico Americano. school (17 years).
Before Teaching a class, I usually check the lessons to taught .first of all, I ask the the students questions regarding the lesson that I'm going to teach( back ground knowledge). and I also use "realia". which is a teaching strategy that i carried out by showing the student a picture of the object to convey the correct definition of a word, term.
I can teach every day from 17:00 up 21:00. I'm flexible.
