Professional Experience
I worked as a private teacher and tutor, teaching Russian and English, during my BA in History studies at Tel Aviv University between 2003-2006. Then I worked as a private teacher non-permanently, between 2007-2014. Most recent experience: teaching English and Hebrew as a private teacher via Skype starting September 2017. I currently have 4 students.
Teaching Approach
I usually begin all of my courses with an initial evaluation of a student's language level. During this evaluation, I determine the language level and the aim of the student and base my subsequent approach on these parameters.
Availability
I am currently completing my MSc at the University of Ottawa, so in general my schedule is flexible. However, after the initial evaluation the specific numbers of hours needed for the quickest progress will be discussed with a student and/or their parents.
Teaching Place(s)
I personally prefer having lessons on Skype, but I am currently very flexible and ready to hold lessons at any place deemed convenient by the student/customer (my apartment/client's home/public places).
