Hello! I have been tutoring people who studied the Russian language on amateur and academic levels. I am from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, however, have lived in Spain for 3 years, and now moved to Canada 7 years ago.
-Moscow State University courses for teaching the Russian language as foreign.
-University of Toronto Honours BA in Environment and Spanish Linguistics.
-Completed the Russian State Exam in Russian language and literature with distinction.
-Russian Language A HL completed at IB Diploma studies
-The psychological (CBT) training program in working with teenagers, kids in their effective learning skills.
I began my mentoring journey in Spain and continued throughout my pathway on coming to Canada for school.
I am a diplomated tour guide in the city of Saint-Peterburg, therefore I teach the Russian language in a way that people can familiarize themselves with the culture.

I love teaching people the way they memorize everything fast and are able to use the knowledge they learned. I participated in NLP memorization courses by Yagodkin N. about the most effective strategies to learn languages.
I use interactive teaching strategies and memorization techniques, adapting the program to students' needs depending on the present and desired levels of the Russian language and scope of interests.

even though i didnt take much classes, but the lessons i took were helpful. Daria is engaging, she helps you to memorize the words/vocab/grammer with good techniques. she also provides you with many handouts. I would recommend her to anyone interested in russian.
