I have graduated at the "European Language High School", I earned my Bachelor's degree at the Faculty of "Literature and Philosophy" in DAMS with emphasis on script writing. I later attended the school “DILIT International House” achieving the “Diploma for teaching Italian as a foreign language”. Studies also included courses in linguistics and participation in poetry contests.

I have gained experience in teaching during an internship inside the school DILIT and soon after began teaching Italian lessons to foreign students in a private environment. My last employment was as Italian Teacher at the “Casaurina Senior College” located in Darwin (NT), teaching Italian to adults; my current employment is as Italian teacher assistant in "Bravissimi preschool" (Melbourne), teaching Italian to children.

My approach is very communicative and creative. Skills: Importance of student and teacher roles; class and the main group dynamics; separate study of interdependent systems avoidance (morphological, syntactic, lexical, socio-cultural, etc.); promoting the acquisition of grammar on a subconscious level; the inclusion of immigrants in public schools: interculture and language training in Italian. Techniques: Free written production; Controlled written production; free oral production; peer revision; authentic reading; analytical reading; authentic listening; reconstruction of the conversation; “Cloze” exercises; controlled games.
