French and Spanish Language Tutor Luisa from Los Angeles

My name is Luisa Benion and I have a master's degree in Languages (Spanish Language and literature and French minor) I have also a French family background. I speak three languages since I was lucky to be exposed to two of them as a child (French and Spanish) and I had English lessons at a very early age

I have significant experience teaching foreign languages to American students (3rd to 11th) graders and such experience allows me to foster a love and appreciation of the Spanish/French language through Hispanic/French literature and culture. As a private tutor I have had experience with students from 3 to 80 years old and though the objective of learning a new language is the same for all of them, the purpose of learning or the intended use of the language can be completely different. I have proven with 15 years of experience that a method producing great results with one student can have a poor outcome with another. It is true that working with a small group brings the opportunity for communicative experiences of great value.

All activities revolve around the four skills of language learning: speaking, writing, listening and reading. I am an excellent asset to any educational institution or individual interested in leading their students or him/herself to achieve a very fluent Spanish/French level, as well as advanced reading and comprehension skills that would give them/him/her the tools to cope with every day's ordinary situations and in some cases expand to more technical language skills required in certain professions. (Economics, Medical, Criminal Justice etc).
