Carolina is a wonderful teacher. We have been working together, one on one for over a year, and my Spanish is improving so much. I find it very helpful to learn in that way, and Carolina takes time to explain many concepts. We have an excellent time in conversation, and working through workbooks. I have used my knowledge of Spanish on trips now, and feel much more confident speaking.

Carolina is an excellent tutor. I am in my fifties, and learning a new language is not easy! We have been meeting for almost a year, once a week, and I find her very patient and she teaches at a comfortable speed. We work together so I can learn grammar in an orderly way, and I am becoming more confident in speaking Spanish. I am primarily interested in learning Spanish so I can travel more confidently, and read books in Spanish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carolina as a tutor.
After taking a rudimentary course on Spanish in high school, I decided to take lessons with Carolina in order to get my Spanish ability to the next level. Carolina worked to ensure that I was making consistent progress, and I was quickly able to reach my personal and pedagogical goals thanks to her expertise. Carolina has been tutoring my daughter, who is in grade 10, for almost two years. Our experience with her has been wonderful. There has been a marked improvement in my daughter’s Spanish grade and her fluency of speech. She is now more confident and can better converse with her Spanish speaking friends. Carolina has been patient and works to not only reinforce what is done at school, but also challenges my daughter to further explore the language. Carolina is a wonderful teacher, I studied with her for 2 years beginning in 2013. She was able to accurately assess my level and tailor lessons to my interests by including spanish poetry, literary classics and pop culture while still focusing on language aquisition. She went way above and beyond for her students and I appreciated her expertise and patience. Lessons had discontinued because she relocated to BC and I am in Ontario however I am sooo excited to begin again now that Skype is a possibility. Espero poder vernos pronto Carolina!!
