I speak/write/comprehend the four scientific langugages and Spanish and have professionally worked and lived in countries where these languages are used exclusively for business. I have also published technical material in them as well as official Cannadian Government publications on Rules and Regulations in Telecommunications and teh Rdio Spectrum.
