2014 - present Banana Republic - Soho, Manhattan, NY Sales Associates: Responsible for driving results and enhancing the customer experience by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working and shopping environment. Responsible for cashiering, fitting room support and store recovery, as well as merchandise presentation throughout the store. In addition, engaging with customers and assist their needs to ensure the most appropriate and utmost customer service is provided. 2011 – 2013 University of Maryland University College Europe, Grafenwoehr, Germany. Lab/Field Monitor: Assist field representatives and instructors/professors, answer phones, classrooms set-up, conduct placement tests in English, Math, and distance Education, copy, conduct, fill and mail professors' evaluations, maintain and monitor UMUC's computer lab, open up classrooms, order supplies, sell textbooks, scan, secure the computer lab and the entire education center's classrooms and entrances, student advising/guidance, schedule, proctor, and file student's online exams, take care of emergencies, troubleshoot PC, TV, DVD, video, and lap top projector and other duties as assigned.
