I studied a bachelor’s degree in NTHU in Taiwan, proving my Mandarin ability. I graduated from Seneca College with a diploma in Liberal Arts, achieving an outstanding overall GPA of 3.93/4.0. During my time at Seneca, I was honored to be placed on the President's Honour List for two semesters, recognizing my consistent academic excellence. I scored A/A+ in all Academic Writing related courses, therefore I am confident to teach you English.
Additionally, I demonstrated exceptional proficiency in Japanese by attaining full score in JLPT N2 and full score in Vocabulary/Grammar section of JLPT N1 (the highest level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test). I am confident to guide you in your Japanese learning journey.

I am a passionate language tutor who loves helping learners of all ages build confidence in their target language through fun and meaningful class activities. I enjoy creating a warm and encouraging space where students feel safe to speak. I also believes language learning should be joyful, not stressful.

It depends on which class, for example, for Cantonese conversational classes, I prepare a variety of topics and interesting questions to encourage students to actively express themselves in Cantonese. Each lesson, I open a new slides for new vocabulary/grammar, and after class, I record and upload the audios onto the slides to ensure students can review and hear the correct pronunciation even without a teacher.
For beginner lessons, I tailor my own materials to each student's needs.
