I taught for 10 years as a volunteer English teacher in Canada 16 years of professional English in-person and on-line teaching in Japan and online in Canada. I am a native English speaker with a TESL diploma and certificate and a Master's of Arts Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.

I taught for 10 years as a volunteer English teacher in Canada 11 years and nine months of professional English in-person and on-line teaching in Japan to students of all ages ranging from 1 month to 75 years. I have taught English conversation on multiple levels, basic business English, EIKEN (special English test in Japan). I have also worked with students interested in upgrading their TOEIC scores. While teaching online lessons to my students, I learned how to use different online teaching skills and have obtained much more experience because of that opportunity. I taught in 4 different companies and a variety of lesson types.
I use a variety of methods geared toward student needs and requests. I used conversation, questions, games, random vocabulary items, homework provision, videos, resume editing, mock job interviews, assisting with English examination practice such as IELTS, CELPIP, TOEIC
