#Student-Centered Learning: Emphasize that you tailor lessons to each student's unique learning style, goals, and pace.
#Interactive & Engaging: Use a communicative approach with real-world examples, multimedia tools, and interactive activities rather than just lectures.
#Inquiry-Based Instruction: Encourage critical thinking by asking guiding questions that lead students to discover solutions themselves.
#Constructive Feedback: Provide regular, positive, and actionable feedback to build student confidence and track measurable progress.
#Practical Application: Focus on "learning by doing," connecting theoretical concepts to everyday Canadian life or professional scenarios.
#Cultural Sensitivity: Highlight a respectful and inclusive environment that welcomes diverse backgrounds and fosters a safe space for mistakes.
#Goal-Oriented Planning: Use structured lesson plans with clear objectives so students know exactly what they will achieve by the end of each session.
