I'm a native English speaker from the UK. I have extensive experience of teaching both children and adults as a classroom teacher and also for private tuition.
I have an MA from King's College London, a PGCE (UK teaching qualification) and a BA (Hons.) from the University of Liverpool.
I have taught children and adults for over 17 years, and I've been a private tutor for over 12 years tutoring students for both academic English development i.e., GCSE and A-Level, and also helped students develop their literacy and improve spoken English in readiness for employment.
I use the best evidence-based approaches to language development by including opportunities to speak and listen, and if appropriate reading and writing to further enhance students' language skills.
Sunday to Thursday, 6-9 pm and flexible times on Friday and Saturday.
I am equally comfortable teaching face-to-face or online. If meeting face-to-face we will do so observing social distancing and health and safety guidance.
