Japanese native speaker with a university degree and 12 years of tutoring experience. Only online classes are available.
I majored in English and linguistics at a Japanese university, and then studied Japanese-English translation and interpretation in Canada.
I started tutoring in Canada in 2013, giving private lessons and teaching at language schools. After the pandemic, I have been conducting all my classes online. Now I have students not only in Canada but also in the UK, the US, and Australia.
I use a method called "Active learning". You need to study and prepare before the lesson to be actively involved in the learning process. In that way, you can learn the language effectively. For beginners, I use the textbook called "Genki".
Available times vary depending on the day of the week, so if you have a specific time request, I will do my best to accommodate it.
Online lessons are available using Google Meet or Teams. I do not offer lessons in person.
