Beside growing up in Iceland and learning the language in school for 20 years I also helped children of newcomers grasp the language.
Professional Experience
This is my first time teaching Icelandic but I do have spent years working as a pre-school teacher (ages 1-6) teaching native and non native children Icelandic.
Teaching Approach
I will start by explaining the rules of the language while helping the student trough exercises. I would want to speak to the student to figure out what kind of program would fit them best and why they are interested in learning Icelandic.
Availability
I have a flexible schedule but mornings, evenings and weekends seem to fit me best.

We could meet at my home or at any of the library/coffee places downtown.
