I'm an accomplished Industrial Engineer. Prior to eleven years working in the Oil and Gas Industry as an Engineer, I taught English, Math and Physics to Secondary school students and workmates. During my professional career as a Cementing and Drilling Engineer I trained Engineers and did Tutoring for professionals, university and secondary school students.
For language: Basic/intermediate grammar and spelling, based on Spanish books and equivalencies in English. Conversation for listening and speaking improvement. Periodic evaluations and assignments (book readings, songs listening, etc).
For Math, Science, Statistics, Computing, etc, the approach is helping understand that 90% of learning any subject is knowing how to learn. We will use a lot of everyday life examples, analogies, etc., to put complex concepts into a familiar learning environment.
Only part-time, after working hours and the weekends.
