Spanish speaker of 8 years having obtained a Level 6 out of 7 in IB HL Spanish B. Also currently pursuing a Spanish major in the University of Toronto! Have been teaching beginners to intermediate Spanish and have a broad range of understanding of Spanish and Latino culture :) Native speaker of mandarin chinese and cantonese and can read and write Mandarin! I use the simplified writing system for mandarin, which is easier for beginners especially. However, I can also read traditional characters and can aid you in understanding them too. If you would like to learn my national language, Malay, I can also teach you to speak, read, write and understand our local slang and culture :) It is also somewhat similar to Indonesian, which I am also fluent in, so that can help you learn an additional language with ease!

Professional Experience
I have tutored university beginner Spanish and helped them integrate themselves into the Spanish-speaking world. I love teaching in a way that suits the client - their learning style is important to me! I am versatile in my teaching style and i do my best to balance every aspect of a language learning experience to help clients apply their language skills effectively in the real world.
Teaching Approach
Half English half target language type of teaching environment (to acclimate the immersion). Usually with manually-written worksheets or tables, but sometimes I would utilize good resources found online.
