I am a native Vietnamese Speaker and a fluent English speaker with a passion to help people be able to communicate in Vietnamese - a beautiful language, Especially for Vietnamese kids who were born in foreign countries. Education / Certificates
I am currently the 2nd year student at George Brown College, my major is Business Administration- Accounting so besides Vietnamese, I can also do the tutor for math and help with Math and English homework.
Professional Experience
I used to do volunteer in Vietnam teaching the illiterate kids to be able to read and write in a campaign to help reduce illiteracy in rural area of the Central Highlands in Vietnam.
Teaching Approach
I call my method "Natural Vocabulary " which means I teach the simple words first. Then we start working with the basic daily conversation and after that are the things at higher level. I don't go from Grammar because I get that it's super challenging and confusing for beginners. I already applied this method to my husband and he can do well in basic conversations after a few months.
Availability
My availability are: Monday after 5pm Tuesday after 6pm Thursday a whole day Saturday and Sunday whole day. The weekly schedule can be changed in terms of time to match with my other jobs.
