I usually adopt a communicative and student-centered approach that focuses on real-life language use. My lessons are interactive and tailored to the learners’ goals, whether it’s improving conversational fluency, academic English, or workplace communication.
I use a combination of task-based learning, guided discovery, and scaffolding to help students build confidence. I integrate visual aids, authentic materials, and online tools (such as Zoom whiteboard, Google Classroom, and interactive quizzes) to keep lessons engaging and adaptable for different learning styles.
I also emphasize student participation through role-plays, discussions, and problem-solving activities. Regular feedback, reflection, and differentiated tasks ensure that all learners—whether beginners or advanced—progress at their own pace.
