I am a native Mandarin-Chinese speaker who grew up in Canada after moving here when I was 5. Currently, I am pursuing an HBA degree at the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario).

Professional Experience
I have been tutoring teens for the past year in mathematics. Additionally, I have worked as a swim instructor where I helped people of all ages improve their swimming technique. My strong communication and interpersonal skills are key in my success as a tutor.
Teaching Approach
I like to use a combination of methods to appeal to the different types of learners. I like to teach languages through speaking, reading, and writing, as well as using visual aids such as videos and pictures. In addition, I strongly believe that to become proficient in a language, you must understand the culture as well. By fusing cultural elements into lessons, students will be able to have the most well-rounded language learning experience.
Availability
Monday through Friday: 6pm or later Saturday and Sunday: 9am-6pm
