I'm a Greek native speaker who was born, raised and studied in Athens, Greece. I have a bachelor's degree in law and I currently live and work in Montreal as a Communications Manager. Education / Certificates
I have a bachelor's degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece) and a master's degree in International Law from the University of Poitiers (France). I also have language certificates in English (C2 level), French (C2 level), Spanish (B2 level) and Italian (B1 level).
Professional Experience
I have only recently started to teach Greek (especially to kids, 6 years old). Regarding my past experience with languages, I have worked as an Interpreter (EN <> GR) & (FR <> GR) as well as a Translator (EN <> GR) & (FR <> GR). As far as my experience with teaching is concerned, I have worked as a Drama Teacher for Kids (drama exercises, acting games etc.).
Teaching Approach
The language teaching methods I use depend on the specific needs of every student and the goals they want to achieve. That being said, they can vary from the structural method (grammar–translation method) to a more interactive method (communicative method) or a combination of both.
Teaching Place(s)
I'm only available for local tutoring: at client's home (within 5km from my house) or public places (libraries, coffee shops etc.).
