Professional Experience

1- I have worked as (Afghan Logistics Specialists) since 14/2/2018 -16/9/2020 with OTTS Company in Results Support (RS) mentors project into Engineering Problems Management Directorate of Acquisition Technology Department of Ministry of Defense's Acquisition Technology and Logistics.

2- I have worked as (Advisor, Aviation Equipment Specialist) since 16/2/2015 up to 13/2/2018 with DynCorp International Company in Resolute Support (RS) mentors project into Aviation Program Management Directorate of Acquisition Technology Department of Ministry of Defenses Acquisition Technology and Logistics. Maine responsibilities of both positions are the same because it is one project.

 Making a maintenance plan for overhaul and repair of all Vehicles the used by Afghan National Army  Assist and development of automation or other solution that will support accountability any higher-level maintenance procedures /management of the equipment support by the Aviation Directorate.  Assist in the development of equipment maintenance and sustainment plane Maintenance plane would include the development of maintenance allocation chards, depot level maintenance programs, and the review of TASHKILs with GS G3 and other Afghan elements to ensure that equipment maintenance requirement are appropriately resourced .  Assist the Aviation Directorate and evaluating and working with ANA TEC (ANA Training and Education Command) and other organizations in the development of training requirement.  Provide professional Dari –English translation services with required facilitating communications.  Schedule and attend regular workshop and meeting with Advisor and Afghan staff and leadership on assigned projects areas .Accompany advisor to meeting with Afghan leadership.  Attend training courses and program required by advisors and leadership.  Develop and conduct training program for Afghan staff and leadership.  Work with Afghan staff and leadership to develop regulations, policies, and processes and knowledge-based library to support Afghan Development.  Independently liaise with officer as required for the assigned duties.  Prepare and transmit all required correspondent.  Provide instruction to advisor and personnel in the operation of CORE –IMS EE or other systems used to support accountability or maintenance function.  Develop reporting and tracking mechanism with the Afghans to monitor joint working team progress.  Provide a spreadsheet showing an itemized listing of completed task identified by the coalition Advisor and supported Afghan officers.  One a week, the Equipment Specialist shall provide report on all conversations and interactions with Afghan, which will include an assessment of progress being made by the Afghan members of all project and teams. 3- I worked with Roshan Telecom Company since 01/06/2013 until 10/1/2015 As BSS and power operation, at House #13 Main street Wazir kbar khan.
