I've been a part of "Squash Dreamers" NGO teaching refugee Syrian children, occasional other subjects (math for younger grades).Experience in immigration having worked at visa application centers in Jordan, and a brief periodat Amazon.
Focus on the strength as much as weakness to give the learner confidence and more willingness to learn.
