With 20+ years of experience as a Human Resources & People Development professional, I have delivered results working on new hotel openings, start-ups and projects for the hospitality, customer call center and manufacturing industries in the US, Dubai and Pakistan. As an ESL and Business English teacher I taught 3rd and 4th graders, corporate professionals and associates, as well as high-school, college and university grads, and stay-at-home moms. Additionally, I have a long history of developing training material and content to deliver workshops / training to supervisory to management staff.
