I have taught classes in English language schools, and I've done one-on-one tutoring in English, and academic upgrading for adults.
In my lessons, I present grammar and vocabulary in simple and interesting steps. We discuss what the student already knows, and practise examples in spoken and written form. We work on concepts with written exercises, and then practise it with fun and interesting scenarios, as well as relevant conversation around the student's interests and goals. I continue learning about the student, and I tailor lessons to their learning style.
I am available on some weekday evenings and I prefer to teach either in the downtown or midtown areas.
