My teaching method is very flexible, depending on the level of the student. For children to learn a foreign language will be a play and for adults will be easy and enjoyable.
I studied accounting in Moncton, but my passion is teaching Spanish.
I have been teaching Spanish courses since 2019, privately and online.
My teaching method is called the Communicative Method. This means students are encouraged to speak and interact as much as possible in the classroom. I believe the quickest way to understand the Spanish language is through hands-on activities, student interaction, and practising in real-life situations. During the classes students are presented with a variety of texts exploring Spain's culture, current affairs and topics that will interest students and spark conversation. Spanish classes encourage the development of the four key language skills: speaking, writing, reading and listening. I tackle all four skills through different interactions such as small groups activities, class discussions, and multi-media audio and visuals. This integral approach to Spanish learning is the most complete way to gain proficiency in the language and will help students learn formal and correct grammar through usage rather than memorisation.
I am available from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm. For people who want another program, you can contact me and depending on availability we will be able to decide together.
