My work has mainly been focused in Operations management, with a strong focus on Human resources. I have never tutored professionally but I have on a voluntary basis with employees and friends seeking to improve their English and French skills. I am a staunch defender of oral and written language skills. My pet peeve is having to correct my children's teachers!
Since I have never formally taught/tutored before, it would be difficult for me to define my teaching approach other than to state a communicative, immersive approach. I would definitely be willing to follow online tutoring courses or reading any documentation you may offer.
