English native speaker who loves helping others to improve their English language skills. I offer one on one and group lessons and can help you with conversation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and writing. I love meeting people from all over and learning about their various cultures. I volunteered in Spain in 2013 for one week teaching English to locals and at a school for children in Laos in 2018. I also do proofreading of documents and websites.
TESOL Certificate and a Bachelor of Commerce
Before the pandemic I was running two Meetup groups during the week and on weekends. Activities included one on one conversations, group discussions, word and card games, and reading of texts. When required, I substituted as a teacher for an English language school. I taught Chinese children English online through a platform for two years until the schools were shut down by the government in August of 2021. I have a few private clients whom I give lessons to on a weekly basis.
