I have been working as an ESL teacher for 5 years. I started off as a personal tutor, teaching individuals. In 2010 I started teaching in Italian schools, as an ESL teacher, Italian teacher and ICT teacher. I have been working for Wall Street Institute in Brescia, Italy, since March 2012. I have also been working as a Freelance Translator for 5 years, part-time.
Teaching Approach
I like using a wide variety of tools. I basically adjust my work on the student's needs and decide how to proceed. I like to use grammar books, exercises, worksheets, as well as flashcards, games, conversation cards, video and audio aids. During my work experience, I've been able to generate an extensive database of lesson plans, covering many levels and different topics.
