I have rich experience of teaching Chinese as second language to students of all ages and diverse fluency levels. I have taught a wide range of international students with varying linguistic backgrounds at Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing, China, and also in France and Canada in a classroom and one-to-one basis.
I apply diagnostic assessment in the classroom to evaluate student’s strength, weakness, knowledge and skills, while determine what students understand in order to build on the students' strengths and address their specific needs and adjust lesson plan accordingly.
