Tutored at University of Ottawa during my 2nd and 3rd years, particularly in Introduction to Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting 1.
I usually go through practice problems in an Excel file with detailed calculations and traceable formulas. I can also explain any exceptions/general rules to financial reporting as they come up.
I work 8-4 from Monday to Friday, but I am available on evenings and most weekends. It may be possible to adapt to the student's schedule if necessary.
Online - Zoom is preferred, can also do FaceBook or WhatsApp calls
In Person - Home/office: Good if close to the student
Client's home: Not preferred, can be done if it is a short drive.
Public places: Better if done in a quiet place, like a university study room or library study room.
