I approach teaching with flexibility. Depending upon your requirement (academic learning, hobby), my methodology varies.
I do believe in learning a language as a step up approach though. So, ideally you'll start off by learning alphabets which are in a different script altogether before moving on to more complex learning.
If you only want to learn conversational Hindi, we'll focus on useful phrases, sentence structures, verbs and so on while learning things like how to order food, go shopping, asking for directions and time, describing things, making small talk and expressing your emotions.
Next, I usually like to give short homeworks for your practice.
To conclude, you take a short 30mins test to check your progress.

Anjani is a very patient and organized Hindi teacher. She is friendly and approachable and creates a comfortable atmosphere for learning even when I kept messing up the intonations and pronunciations.
