I have been an Entrepreneur for the past 14 years. In this time, my wife and I owned and operated 3 Boutique Hotels in the Western Cape. I trained our staff on an in-house basis in Hotel/Hospitality English. Most of our staff had English as a 2nd or 3rd language. This enabled them too effectively communicate with our Guests that visited from all over the world. Prior to that I owned a Real Estate Agency and worked in a Corporate Environment.
I am a native English speaker and at a C2 level in Afrikaans. I read and understand Flemish (C 1 level) and Dutch and German on a B 1 level.
After doing a thorough Needs Analysis, I will prepare a lesson plan or a multi lesson syllabus. The lessons will be tailored to the student needs.
I normally use the PPP or TTT teaching method.
