I am a passionate educator with over 15 years of tutoring experience and 5 years of teaching in the high school setting. I have been teaching AP courses for more than 5 years, with many of my students achieving a score of 5 on their AP exams. I am highly skilled in World History AP, Human Geography AP, and Psychology AP. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on each learner’s strengths and needs. I encourage open discussions on current events and real-life issues, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to excel.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a Teacher’s Certificate from the University of British Columbia, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree. Having lived in Canada for over 20 years, I bring a culturally aware and supportive perspective to my teaching.
