I am a native Mandarin speaker form Taiwan and a mother of 2 school-aged children. I have been teaching Mandarin online, one-on-one and group setting for 5 years. I also provide freelance interpretation and translation services.
- Certificate in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from National Taiwan Normal University (國立台灣師範大學） - Bachelor’s degree from UBC - Diploma in Interpretation and Translation from SFU

I like to use Mandarin immersion method when teaching. I try to use as much Mandarin as possible in the class. I also like to integrate daily activities into the classes. I will also slowly introduce Chinese characters into the classes and use repetition to make the words more memorable.
